If the drop file location is a shared folder on the secondary server, the GlobalScan Failover
Service of the primary server needs to run under a domain user that has sufficient access
rights to that shared folder on the secondary server. The reverse is also true… if the pick up
file location is a shared folder on the primary server, the GlobalScan Failover Service on the
secondary server needs to run under a domain user that has sufficient access rights to that
pick up shared folder on the primary server. To address either scenario, proceed as follows…
