Pull-Up Control Register 0 (PUR0)

In memory expansion or microprocessor mode, the register value can be modified, but the pins are not
pulled high.

PU0i (b7-b0) (i = 0 to 7)

When the PU0i bit is 1 (pulled high) and the direction bit is 0 (input mode), the corresponding pin is
pulled high.
