oePOSE DU GROUPE
'Pour une intervention assez serieu·se sur le moteur sa depose est preferable
et
dans la· majorite des
'CBS
necessaire, compte-tenu du manque d'accessib,ilite des organes
a
b.ord de,s bateaux.
Effectuer dans l'ordre les operati.ons suivantes :
fermer le robinet de prise d'.eau
a
la mer.
'
fermer le robinet du reservoir
a
carburant.
- debrancher la. batterie.
vidanger le circuit de refroidissement et de carburant.
debrancher :
1 °
les connections electriques en ayant so in de les reperer.
2° les canalisations d'arrivee
et
de retour de carbu·rant.
3° les comm,a,ndes d'acceleration,.de stop et ,d'invetseur.
desaccoupler la ligne d'arbre et la faire reculer legerement.
debrancher le tuyau d'echappement.
- enlever les
4 ecrous de fixation du groupe, l'elrnguer et le sortir du 'bateau (Fig. 81 ).

REPOSE DU GROUPE
Apres avoir elingue le groupe, descendre celui-ci et le positionner sur ses 4 plots de suspension.
S'il s'agit d'un montage rigide, presenter les tirefonds de fixation, en place dans leur logement,
dans les sommiers.
Rebrancher :
1 °
le tuyau d'echappement.
2°
les d ifferentes com ma ndes.
3°
les canalisations d'aspiration d'eau d'arrivee et de retour carburant.
4° Jes connections electriques.
Accoupler la ligne d'arbre et contrt>ler.
Bfoquer les ecrous de fixation.
Faire le plein d'huile moteur et inverseur, s'il y a lieu.
Regler les differentes
Avant de mettre en marche, ouvrir le robinet de prise d'eau
a
la mer - et
celu i du reservoir.

TAKING OUT THE UNIT
It is preferable, and in most cases necessary, to take the engine out, considering the lack of
ac.ce.ss to su b-as,sembl ies on board most boats.
C·arry out according to order the following operations :
close the sea water intake tap.
close the fuel tank tap.
disco,nnect the battery.
drain the cooling and fuel circu·its.
disconnect :
1 ° the electrical connections taking care to mark them.
2° the fuel supply and return piping.
3°
the throttle.
- u.ncouple the propeller shaft and push it back slightly.
disconnect the exhaust pipe.
unscrew the 4 unit fixation nuts, sling the drive unit and hoist it,o ut of the boat (Fig. 8 1 ).

REPLACIN'G T'HE U'Nl'T
After slinging the drive unit, tower it in place and·-position it on ·its four suspension blocks.
In case of a rigid mounting, engage the-foundation bolts rn plaGe in the b�ring blocks.
Reco.nnect :
1 ° the exhaust pipe.

2° the various · controls.

the water i·ntake piping and the fuel supply and return piping.
4°
the electricaJ connections.
Couple the propeller shaft and check.
Tighten all the fixation bolts.
Fill up engine, and gearbox if need be, with oil.
Adjust the various controls.
Before starting up the engine, o·pen the sea water intake tap as well. a.s
the fuel tank tap.
