Le d6bit est r6gl6 en usine. au bane d'essais. e1 ne doit pas litre modifi6.
Toutefols, dens le cas de changement de pompe A injection ou du bloc cylindre, le debit peut

Une fois le debut d:lnjectlon r6gll!. amener le comparateur A (1011 le volant l!tant en position
debut d'lnjectlon.
- tourner le VOiant dens le sens de marche. le piston
de pompe

1 ,61 mm.
A ce moment le carburant dolt commencer ll couler goutte ll goune par le tube du dispositlf
de r�lage. Si ce n'est pas le cas, d611isser l'l!crou de blocage de la surcharge de d6marrage
et
tourner la surcharge au moyen de la clef E.

Une fois le d6bit r�ll!, bloquer l'6crou du de surcharge.
retlrer le comparateur. la rallonge et le disposltif de r�lage.
remet1re fe corps de soupape (ralnure vers le piston de pompe) , la soupape et le ressort
alnsl que le Joint.
serrer Je support de soupape a 4 M/Kg.
3.3 R6glage du r6gime (nombre de tours)

enlever la capsule de protection «&lJ -.d

rer le contr&-ecrou «b». - Tourner i'axe ox­
oentrique ucit a t'alde d'un tournevls «d»' jusqu'A obtention du f�ime voulu.
Entre cheque changement de position de l'excentrique, bouger le levier de r6glage de
nombre de tours vers la position «START» pt,tis le remettre en plelne charge jusqu'A
la butt!e de l'excentrique.
Lonque le r�ime est bien r6gle, resserrer le contr&-ecrou
et
replacer la capsule de
protection.

- Setting the Fuel Flow

The fuel flow is
set
in the factory, on
a
test beoch, and It should not be modified.

r, when replacing the injection pump or the cylinder block, the fuel flow should be
checked atrer riming the pump.
Once the beginning of injection has been timed. reset the dial gauqe back to nought whith the
flywheel in the beginning of Injection position.
- turn the flywheel in the direction of engine rotation, the pump piston travelling the length
ot che stroke : 1.51 mm.
At this instant, fuel should begin flowing drop by drop from the tube of the saning device. If
this isn'r 1he case, unscrew the stan1ng overload lock nut and turn the overload using spanner

30 until the fuel begins flowing drop by drop.
Once the flow has
been
adjusted, tighten the overload knob lock nut.
remo� the dial gauge, the extension and tlie setting device.
refit the pressure valve body (with the groove towards the pump piston), the valve, the
spring. and the seal.
cightfln the l/allle support to a torque of 4 m,Kg.
3.3
Setting the engine speed (r.p.m.)

For senln!) or modifying the eniiine speed it is absolutely necessary to
use
a re11olurion counter.
- remove the proteotlve
cap

untighten the locknut «bl), turn the eccentric

using a
scrBV11driver ud» until obtaining the desired speed..

n each change of position of the eccentric, move tne speed serring lever - owards the
position 2START.11 then move ll to full throttle up co the eccentl'lc srop.
When the engine speed has been correctly adjusted, tighten the locknut and refit the
protective cap.
