Ontrac Installation Manual

Options: Post Tower Mount with Start/Stop Iridium (350754)

Step 3.

Find a ½” knock out in the bottom of the

main control panel. Drill a 7/8” hole if a knock out is
not present. The Cable Harness Strain Relief will
install in that hole. Connect the Cable Harness wiring
to the power supply and relay assembly. Make sure
that all colors align when mating the Cable Harness
Connectors.

Step 2.

Place the Power Supply (P/N

147052) and Ontrac Start/Stop Relay Kit
(P/N 147054) in the position that best fits
the Main Control Panel.

The exact

location will depend on the control panel
layout.

Knock-Outs

Step 4.

Wiring 12 VDC power supply (P/N: 147052) in Main Control Panel: Connect orange wire from power

supply to 120 VAC the White to Neutral and the Green to Ground on the Transformer. Next install the gray wiring
harness w/strain relief into the Main Control Panel. Connect the red wire from wiring harness to V+ the black to V-
and the Green to Ground, then connect the shield wire to the earth ground. Then mount the power supply on the back
plate in the main control panel.
