Ontrac Installation Manual

Cell Option: Basic GPS Retro (350975R)

B. Option 2 Pivot: This option does not have to be taken to the pivot center to

setup the coordinates of the system.

a. Power the board using the 12V battery provided.
b. Press Enter twice to enter the Main Menu.
c. Press the Back button until GPS is selected and press Enter twice.
d. Use the Back button to select Local/Onboard and press Enter.
e. Press the Reset button.
f. Repeat steps b and c.
g. Use the Back button to select Latitude and press Enter.
h. Use the Next and Back button to establish the correct coordinate and press Enter.

i. Use the Back button to select Longitude and press Enter.
j. Again using the Next and Back button to establish the correct coordinate and press

Enter.

k. Base setup is complete.

4. Complete all option installations prior to starting verification procedures.

1. Start the system, wait 10 minutes for the GPS position data to update throughout the Ontrac system.

Verify the position on the Ontrac LCD home screen updates accurately. The screen will update every
20 seconds. Pressing Escape will refresh the position displayed.

2. Use the ontracbyreinke.com website (user interface) or http://admin.ontracbyreinke.com/field_test,

(requires radio number), to verify proper communication and GPS position reporting.

Note: The field test website is only required if raw data is needed to verify

correct unit operation or ontracbyreinke.com has not been previously setup.

3. If you have questions or concerns contact technical support.
4. Verification is complete.
5. Complete Verification on all other newly installed options before leaving the field.
