8. Remove the back delector by removing 4 top screws and loosening 2
bottom screws.

9. Remove the valve access plate by removing 11 screws on the side panel
and 3 on the bottom as shown below.

10. Lift out panel (part of valve assembly) with valve and pilot assembly.

11. Replace with new valve assembly, ensuring to use a new gasket before

securing new valve access plate to unit.

12. Reassemble unit by reversing Steps 8-1.

13. Reconnect the gas and electrical supply to the unit. Once the unit has

been reired, use a soapy water mixture to check all itting and gas sup-
ply lines for gas leaks.
