VALVE REPLACEMENT

Before you begin:

* Shut off the gas supply to the unit.
Disconnect all electrical supply to the unit.

Always let the appliance cool to room temperature before servic-
ing.

Note:

To access the left control panel cover, the venting will need to be

disconnected (see vent/lue installation in this manual) for proper removal.

1. Remove the Faceplate, glass door and inner panels - see instructions in

this manual.

2. Remove the Left Control Panel Cover.

3. Disconnect gas line from valve.

4. Disconnect the lame electrode wire from the remote receiver box. Slide

remote receiver box out to access the wire.

5. Disconnect the wiring harness from the front of the valve—use a lat head

screw driver to pry the tab loose to remove.

6. Remove the burner.
