2.3.5 Traction of the forklift to be repaired
when fluid transmission forklift breaks down and needs to be tracked by other vehicle, please
pay attention:
A ... Take off the semi-shaft from the front wheel
B... Put the gear-shifting lever at neutral position
2.3.6 Precautions
A... The pressure of main oil line is 159-203psi, the pressure of torque converter input oil is 72-
101psi, the pressure of return oil is 14-22psi.
B ... The oil temperature in normal working condition is 15
8
-194
°
F, it won't exceed 24
8
°
F, and
the time won't exceed 5 minutes.
C.. Keep the working oil and liquid clean. Change new oil every 1000 working hours or restart
after being out of service for a long time.
D ... Check the oil tank level after 5 minutes' driving, the oil level shall be within the dipstick range.
For operation & maintenance of fluid transmission device please refer to <YQX30 fluid
transmission operation & maintenance manual>.

2.4.3 Overview
Driving axle mainly consists of axle housing, hub, semi-shaft, brake, tire and rim. The axle
housing is an integrated casting structure, the tires are installed on the hub by tapered roller bearing
and nuts with rim. The power is passed to semi-shaft through differential, and finally the hub leads
97
front wheel to rotate. The hub is installed on axle housing by tapered roller bearing, so the semi-shaft
only bears the torque that is passed to hub. There is oil seal inise the hub to prevent the water and dust
from entering and leaking.
