Driving & Operation
Pre-work Inspection:
To ensure the working safety and maintain the performance of the
Forklift, the operator shall conduct daily the following inspections:
• Visually inspect the overall Forklift around before getting on it, so as
to check if any bolt loosening, dirt, oil or coolant leakage or parts
damage. Also check attachments and hydraulic parts condition.
Open fire is strictly forbidden.
If fuel leakage found before work, do not start the Forklift before solving it.

• Check the Forklift for any inclination in any direction. If any, there might
be troubles with the tires. Find out the cause and eliminate it.
•
The air pressure of tires shall be maintained in normal status. Low air
pressure will shorten the working life of tires, and different air pressures
between left tires and right tires will cause swing and more load to the
steering wheel.
