II. Safety Principles
1. Only trained and qualified personnel can operate the Forklift.
2.
Any refit of the truck without permission of Company. can cause danger. If
the truck needs to be refitted, please consult with our company or
appointed distributors. Company is not responsible for any damage caused
by refit which is not permitted. Only in the case of the Forklift manufacturer
is no longer produced and no successor, the user can be modified for
industrial forklift, and the user should observe the following instructions:
A.Industrial forklift arranged by a professional engineer and safety
aspects of the design to be modified in accordance with the;
B.
To design, test and implement modifications were permanent record;
C.
Recognition and loading signs, printing, labeling and instruction
manuals make the appropriate changes;
D.
The permanent, easily recognizable label fixed to the car, modified
manner set out above, modification date, and complete the
conversion task name and address of the institution.

Noise limit for new Forklift. Sound power of noise radiation must meet the
following requirement:

4. The best road condition for the Forklift's work is firm and flat cement
pavement, asphalt pavement or concrete pavement.

The air emission can be harmful. If the forklift operates in confined space,
please be sure there are enough air vents or ventilators, if necessary.
6. During running, keep the Forklift away from tank, timber, paper and
chemical material. The exhaust gas from the muffler may cause danger of
fire or explosion.
7.
Safety Regulation
Always keep in good health, do not operate the forklift when you don't
feel well. It is strictly prohibited to operate the forklift when you don't
feel well, or feel sleepy after medication, or after drinking. Otherwise,
your

may get yourself or other people hurt.
Remember all the rules and regulations during operation and learn all
the signals during work to make sure understand all the meaning of signal
flags, signals and marks as soon as you see them.
• When the operator works together with the conductor, make sure all the
staff understand the hand sign signals used during work.
8. The driver should be based on operational need, select the required
personal protective equipment. For example, should wear a helmet, wear
tight cuffs, trouser suits and job safety shoes; when clearing debris within
the air filter should wear safety glasses and gloves and masks; and all
protective equipment prior to use check its functionality.
Regularly check belts, check the contents:
• Check whether there is a cut or wear seat belts;
• Check whether there is a hinge point seat belts for wear or damage;
• Check the belt buckle and the belt tension fault;
• Check whether the seat belt loose sutures.
9. Regularly check if there is oil or water leakage, out of shape or any loose.
Any neglection of inspection will shorten the truck service life and even
cause accident in bad conditions. Make sure changing the "critical and
safety parts" during regular inspection. Wipe out the oil, grease or water on
the bottom plate, foot pedal and control lever. When checking the engine
and related parts, shut down the engine and especially pay attention to fan
and belt.
10.
Malfunction & Maintenance Safety
• Whenever you find any abnormal situation of the Forklift operation, you
must stop the Forklift immediately and report to management staff.
• If there occurs any oil or water leakage, flat tire or ramp breakdown,
please immediately organize related staff for emergency repair.
• If the alarm signal light is on or other malfunction occurs , please drive
the Forklift to safe place and inspect it then clear the problem.
• Please hang the "breakdown" sign on the Forklift which is already
in malfunction.
• The high-position maintenance (like mast or front & rear light) shall be
