5.1 Using the Instant Recording
This receiver is equipped with a built-in Hard Disk Drive (HDD). It can
be used to record and store TV and Radio programs. Basically, the
hard disc is similar to those being used in personal computers.
Also you can watch TV program no. 1 and record program no.2 at the
same time.

. Select a TV or Radio channel you want to record, then
press the
REC( )
button.
The Duration
time
menu appears.

. Set record time using the
Arrow(◄/►)
buttons, and then
press the
OK
button.
The recording time changes as you press the
OK
button.
Time intervals are:
30
→
60
→
120
→
180 minutes
To change the recording duration time while recording:

. Press the
REC( )
button, and then press the
OK
button.

. Set the duration time using the
Arrow(▲/▼/◄/►)
buttons, and then press the
OK
button.

. Press the
EXIT
button.
To stop recording:
Press the
STOP(■)
button, and then press the
OK
button.
Note:
Ensure that there is enough free space before
recording, because if the free space on the hard disk drive is
insufficient, recording will stop.
Caution:
Please do not Power off or Standby while
recording to prevent HDD damage.
