12.3.3 Cycling analysis for standard curves
Cycling Analysis is used to determine the Cq values for the standard curve. Therefore, Cycling
Analysis is automatically paired with, and will appear beneath, the Standard Curve Analysis in
the navigator bar. Use Cycling Analysis to make modifications to analysis parameters such as
Method or Ignore first cycles. The same assay parameters as defaulted for an individual
Cycling Analysis will be applied when paired with Standard Curve Analysis.
Using the Samples selector to remove samples from the Cycling Analysis, will result in a
recalculation of the amplification efficiency in the Standard Curve Analysis.
