The Ticket Device, Library, and Client dialog selects the problematic device, details the location of the
logical library that contains the device, and identifies the associated client.

Did the
problem
occur once or
repeatedly? Select Do not know means the problem frequency is unknown.
Once means the problem occurred once and was not reproduced.
Repeatedly means --NEED INFO
Permanent means the problem appeared several times.

Select the device where the
