Deleting a Library Partition

There are two ways to delete partitions:

To delete a single library partition:

Select the partition link under the

Partitions

section.

Click

Remove

to delete the partition.

The library partition is deleted.

To delete all of the library partitions:

Click

Remove All

All library partitions are deleted.

Field Service

The

Field Service

page is limited to Quantum Field Service only.

Setup Wizard

The

Setup Wizard

leads you through the process of setting up the most

common options for this library to be operational. Detailed customization

options, including settings modified by this wizard, can be changed via

the menus under the

Setup

tab.

To access the

Setup Wizard

, from the

Setup

page, click on the

Setup

Wizard

tab at the top of the page.

The

Setup Wizard

displays (see

figure 72

Note:

When a partition is added, edited, or deleted the library

must be rebooted for the changes to take effect.

Note:

The library will need to reboot for changes to take effect. Host
application software may need to be restarted/rebooted as

well.
