Chapter 4 SCSI Commands

Overview of SCSI Command and Status Processing

DLT-S4 Interface Reference Guide

The Data Out column in

table 13

lists the information the initiator passes

to the drive as part of the command. The Data In column lists the

information the drive sends to the initiator. Numbers in parentheses after

an item indicate the item’s length in bytes. In some cases, additional

length information is communicated during DATA.
