1.4 Warranty and liability
The warranty duration and liability comply with the legal requirements and the provisions in the
general terms and conditions of QIAGEN.
Deviations from the intended use described in this manual result in limitations of warranty and
liability in the event of damage.
Warranty and liability claims are excluded for personal injury and property damage due to one or
several of the following causes:

Use of the QIAamplifier 96 other than intended

Improper commissioning, operation and servicing of the device

Modifications of the QIAamplifier 96 without prior consultation with QIAGEN

Unauthorized intervention in the QIAamplifier 96

Operation of the QIAamplifier 96 with faulty safety equipment

Use of other than original spare parts, wearing parts or consumables

Improper repairs

Improper transport and storage of the QIAamplifier 96

Faults due to the non-observance of this manual

