8.6.2 Direct programming of program parameters for a step
The QIAamplifier 96 software allows individual parameters (temperature, hold time, loops,
temperature, and time increment, as well as the ramp rate) for a step to be edited directly in the
graphical or spreadsheet view.
To edit a parameter for a step, press directly on the cell for the program parameter in the table (see
Figure 25).

To edit program parameters in the graphical view, press the corresponding input field for the
parameter that you want to edit for the step (see Figure 26).
