Incubation mode

The incubation mode enables samples to be incubated at a constant temperature for an indefinite
period of time. Press

Incubate

and in the next screen, set the values for the block temperature and

hold time using the keypad. Set whether the heated lid should be on or off and whether it should
preheat or not using the corresponding buttons (see Figure 14).
