Setting the delay unit

Channel switches are set
in the factory to WO
Set the line mode switch to ENCODER.
Setting the line mode
Set the encoder switch on the PCB of the back module of the delay unit as
shown in the diagram.

Activating the outputs
Leave the Channel switches set as they are on leaving the factory as both
outputs are required.
Setting for non-standard
encoders from other
manufacturers
Set the gain initially to 20 using the rocker switch on the front panel to input
the value. This value can then be increased or decreased as required so
that the smallest standard defect produces an amplitude of approximately
60% on the bar graph display.
