i. User/Visual Level Inspection:
a. Agency qualified crewmember certified in use of the PEEBD (during preflight)
b. OEM Certified Person either via

d. Qualified Trainer with the OEM Certified qualification to train others within their
Organization
ii. Depot:
a. OEM or Agency Trained Certified Personnel(Note: Agency Trained personnel shall
have received training directly from the OEM or through personnel qualified under an
OEM Train-the-Trainer program).
iii. Hydrostatic Testing Waiver:
a. The following Poseidon Spare Air Systems are not subject to US DoT Cylinder
Hydrostatic Testing Standards (or any other published Standard) since cylinders not
exceeding 2 inches outside diameter and less than 2 feet in length are excepted from
volumetric expansion test.
