Filling the PEEBD1206& PEEBD9393with
a Compressor Fill Adapter
1. Inspect the fill adapter to ensure that the O-Ring is present and the PEEBD
seated evenly inside its groove and the male fitting is clean and free of any damage to
its threads.
2.Fit the male fitting of the fill adapter into the high-pressure fill port of the 1
st
Stage
Regulator and turn clockwise only until hand tight. DO NOT apply a wrenchor
otherwise overtighten the fill adapter.
3. Loosen the yoke screw of the compressor fill yoke as needed so that the yoke
can be placed over the block of the PEEBD 1
st
Stage Regulator fill adapter.
4. While supporting the PEEBD with one hand, place the yoke of the compressor over
the block of the fill adapter of the PEEBD to align the inlet fitting flush against the
valve O-Ring. Hand tighten the fill yoke screw clockwise into the small dimple on the
backside of the fill adapter block of the PEEBD –Do not over tighten.
