Maintenance

911 GT3 Cup (991 II)

MY 2018

A special filling device should be used for filling the water system (7.1.6.2). This device

is distributed by Sobek. The filling device includes an electric pump that pumps the

cooling water from a tank into the system.

Never open the cover of the coolant compensating

tank after reaching the operating temperature. The

system pressure would escape and will not be built up

again as the operating temperature has already been

reached. This pressure is, however, required to

increase the boiling point of the cooling water.
