Installing the windshield

Application of adhesive

Poor adhesive bond

Window becomes detached

•

Fixing time: Approx. 1 hour.

•

The vehicle must not be used until a curing time
of 2 hours has elapsed.

•

Processing temperature at least 10°C (50°F).

The glue material has an open time of 15 minutes.

This means that the glue should be applied and the

part be joined within this time.

To ensure complete mixing, squeeze an approx. 30

mm (1.2”) long adhesive bead of fresh material on a

piece of cardboard.

•

Check the depth stops.

•

Replace damaged or missing depth stops.

Prepare two-component glue for processing.
