Yoghurt
The multicooker 2 in 1 EPMC 0125 is a full-featured substitute for a yoghurt maker. The “Yoghurt” program maintains
the constant temperature (+38 -+40°С) required for bifidus bacteria growth and excellent development of yoghurt out of
yoghurt culture and milk.
- Turn on the appliance. The display illumination will light up.
- Place all desired contents into the bowl according to the recipe. Follow the instructions in the “Appliance operation”
section.
- It is best to keep the lid closed while cooking with this program. If the lid is not in proper position, it might not turn
out as well.
- Select the “Yoghurt” program from the general program list by pressing the “МЕНЮ / MENU” or the “+ and -” touch
buttons. The “Yoghurt” display indication will start blinking.
- The ДАВЛЕНИЕ / PRESSURE mode is not available in this program.
- The default cooking time for this program is 8 hours. Set the cooking time according to the dish’s recipe: press the
“ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button, then change time setting in 10 minute increments by
pressing the “+ and -” buttons. The time may vary in the 6 to 12 hours range.
- The cooking temperature in this program is 38°С and may not be adjusted. You can control the cooking temperature
by pressing the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button again.
- The time and temperature settings may be changed during cooking. Change the parameters by pressing the “+ and
-” touch buttons.
- Please bear in mind that the total cooking time, i.e. the time elapsed plus the new time setting, must not exceed the
maximum operation time determined for the program selected.
- Press the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button to start the program, the program will give off a sound
signal, and the multicooker will begin operating according to the program selected. The “Yoghurt” sign on the display
and the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button indicator will be constantly on. Countdown timer for the
cooking time will start after the program begins.
- Upon the program’s completion, the multicooker will give off a sound signal unless it was previously disabled. After
the “Yoghurt” program is complete, the appliance will NOT switch into the automatic ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode.
- If necessary, the program’s execution may be canceled by pressing the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch
