“Мультиповар”
The “Мультиповар” program (in the general program menu) is a universal program allowing you to prepare a great
variety of dishes. To cook using this program, the desired cooking time and temperature must be set manually.
- Turn on the appliance. The display illumination will light up.
- Place all desired contents into the bowl according to the recipe. Follow the instructions in the “Appliance operation”
section.
- Select the “Мультиповар” program from the general program list by pressing the “МЕНЮ / MENU” or the “+ and -”
touch buttons. The “Мультиповар” display indication will start blinking.
- If necessary, activate the ДАВЛЕНИЕ / PRESSURE mode by pressing the “ДАВЛЕНИЕ / ОТМЕНА ПОДОГРЕВА /
PRESSURE / CANCEL KEEP WARM” touch button. The display will show the corresponding indicator. Please read!
ДАВЛЕНИЕ / PRESSURE mode with is not available if the lid is open.
- The default cooking time is 5 minutes. Set the desired cooking time according to the dish recipe: press the “ВРЕМЯ
/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button, then change cooking time by a variable interval using the “+ and -”
touch buttons (a 1 minute interval for a time of 5 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, a 5 minute interval for a time of 1 hour
and 30 minutes to 3 hours, and a 10 minute interval for a time of 3 to 12 hours). The maximum time setting is 12 hours.
- To adjust the cooking temperature for the stage selected, press the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE”
button again and use the “+ and -” touch buttons to set the desired temperature: 30°С to 160°С without pressure, 30°С
to 118°С with pressure, and variable increments: 10°С for the 30°С to 90°С range, 2°С for the 90°С to 110°С range, and
10°С for the 110°С to 160°С range.
- While operating in the no pressure mode, the time and temperature settings may be changed while cooking. Change
the parameters by pressing the “+ and -” touch buttons.
- Please bear in mind that the total cooking time, i.e. the time elapsed plus the new time setting, must not exceed the
maximum operation time determined for the program selected.
- Press the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button to start the program, the program will give off a sound
signal, and the multicooker will begin operating according to the program selected. The “Мультиповар” sign on the
display and “СТАРТ / START” touch button indicator will remain on. The countdown timer for the cooking time will start
after the program begins.
