- If necessary, the program execution may be canceled by pressing the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch
button. In doing so the appliance will switch to standby mode.
- The multicooker will give off a sound signal upon completion of the program. The appliance will automatically switch
into the ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode unless it was previously disabled. In the ПОДОГРЕВ / KEEP WARM mode, the
display will show the forward time count (in hours) indicating the dish’s heating time.
- To turn the heating mode off, press the “СТАРТ / ОТМЕНА / START / CANCEL” touch button and the appliance will
switch into standby mode. Turn off the appliance.

Steam
The multicooker 2 in 1 EPMC 0125 is capable of substituting a conventional steamer in your kitchen. The “Steam”
program makes it possible to cook food on steam, thus preserving the vitamins and other healthy contents of the food.
A dedicated tray support designed for steam cooking is supplied along with the appliance.
- Turn on the appliance. The display illumination will light up.
- Pour no more than 1 l of water into the bowl. Put the steam cooking tray support into the bowl and put the food on it.
Follow the instructions in the “Appliance operation” section. There must be some quantity of water in the bowl.
- It is best to keep the lid closed while cooking with this program. If the lid is not in proper position, it might not turn
out as well.
- Select the “Steam” program from the general program list by pressing the “МЕНЮ / MENU” or the “+ and -” touch
buttons. The “Steam” display indication will start blinking.
- If necessary, activate the ДАВЛЕНИЕ / PRESSURE mode by pressing the “ДАВЛЕНИЕ / ОТМЕНА ПОДОГРЕВА /
PRESSURE / CANCEL KEEP WARM” touch button. The display will show the corresponding indicator.
- The default cooking time for this program is 25 minutes. Set the cooking time according to the dish’s recipe: press
the “ВРЕМЯ / ТЕМПЕРАТУРА / TIME / TEMPERATURE” touch button, then change time setting in 1 minute increments
by pressing the “+ and -” buttons. The time may vary in the 5 minutes to 2 hours range.
