Remote appliance control through WiFi
This model features the unique capability to operate the multicooker from a distance using your
smartphone or tablet supporting the Android or Apple operating system by means of an embedded
WiFi module. To control the appliance using, WiFi you download “Polaris: WiFi мультиварка /
Polaris: WiFi multicooker”.
Our “Polaris: WiFi мультиварка / Polaris: WiFi multicooker” app is available in the App Store and
Google Play.
Plug the multicooker into the mains socket and press both “+” and “-” touch buttons to turn the
WiFi module on. The WiFi indicator will turn red.
- Start the “Polaris: WiFi мультиварка / Polaris: WiFi multicooker” application on the external
device (a smartphone or a tablet supporting the Android or Apple operating system).
- In order to connect your device to the WiFi router and link it to your smartphone or tablet PC,
press and hold the Мультиповар Plus sensor for 5-10 seconds – a trill signal will sound and
the WiFi indicator will start blinking. This means that the WiFi module is activated and ready for
connection to your home WiFi network.
- Further connection through WiFi is made from the “Polaris: WiFi мультиварка / Polaris: WiFi
multicooker” app according to the mobile app manual.
- When connection of the WiFi module to your home network is established, the WiFi indicator will
change its color to green and remain on.
- The appliance can operate without activation of the WiFi module. In this case, appliance control
is performed through the control panel. To turn the WiFi module off, press the “+ and -” touch
buttons simultaneously until you hear a signal.
