72 | Installing the Board and Driver in a Sun PCI Workstation

Connecting a Monitor

After you install the Md2/PCI board in your Sun PCI 
workstation, connect one or two monitors to the board 
with the cable provided.

To connect a monitor to the board

1.

Attach the D-shell connector to the Md2/PCI board, 
securing the connection with the screws on the connector. 

2.

Attach each output cable to the appropriate BNC terminal 
on your monitor. Refer to your monitor documentation for 
more information.
