- Remove the electrical connections to the sensors

and devices.

- Remove the throttle control cable from the throttle

body by undoing the nut "C".

- Remove the positive and negative wiring from the

starter motor.

- Disconnect the connectors from the flywheel wir-

ing harness.

- Remove the lower screw of the left shock ab-

sorber "D".

- Use a jack to support the vehicle properly.

- Remove the engine-swinging arm fixing pin by

undoing the nut "E" and operating on the head of

the pin "F" indicated in the photograph.

- Remove the rear brake calliper and the relevant

pipes from the engine crankcase.

- The engine is now free.

Installing the engine on the scooter

- Carry out the removal operations but in reverse order and respect the locking torques indicated in the

«Specifications» Chapter.

CAUTION

PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO POSITIONING THE THROTTLE CONTROL TRANSMISSION
PROPERLY.
