crackling noise of
the hexapod
Communication error
between hexapod and
controller
Controller busy due to
communication with PC
software (e.g., polling
done by PIMikroMove)
Power supply is
undersized or reacts too
slowly
Faulty limit switches
Check the cable connections.
Tighten the M12 connections with a
torque of 0.6 Nm.
Use a separate power supply for
the controller.
Close the PC software.
Send the following commands and
make the response available to our
customer service department
(p. 57):
DBG? GETETHERCATDIAG,
SRG?, ERR?, DBG GETLOG,
POS?
