Serial EEPROM (U607)

The phyCORE-LPC2292/94 is populated with a non-volatile memory
with a serial interface (SPI interface) to store configuration data.
According to the memory configuration of the module an EEPROM
(1 to 8 kByte) can be mounted at U607.

A description of the SPI

protocol can be found in the applicable EEPROM Data Sheet.

Table 39

gives an overview of the memory components that can be

used at U607 at the time of printing of this manual.
