If the dishes are heavily soiled, place an additional detergent dose in the pre-wash detergent chamber. This
detergent will take eff ect during the pre-wash phase.

You fi nd information about the amount of detergent for the single programme on the last
page.

Please aware, that according to the level soiling and the specifi c hardness of water diff erences
are possible.

Please observe the manufacturer’s recommendations on the detergent packaging.
Close the Detergent compartment
If your dishes are only moderately dirty, you may be able to use less
detergent than recommended.

Detergent compartment.
Press down the lid (1) until it clicks shut (2).
– If you are using detergent in tablet form, read the manufacturer
recommendations on the packaging in order to determine where the
tablets should be placed inside the dishwasher (e.g. in cutlery basket,
detergent compartment, etc.).
Make sure that the lid on the detergent compartment is closed, even if
you are using tablets.
