You can use the contacts app to manage your phone numbers,
emails and other contact information in one place.
TRANSFER CONTACT INFORMATION
There are several ways to transfer contacts to your new device.
BY USING GOOGLE™
You can synchronize your device with different Google™ services.
You just need to have a Google™ account where all your data is up
to date.
Create a Google™ account
1.
Tap the
menu key
on the home screen.
2.
Select
Settings > Account > Add account > Google.
3.
Follow the instructions to set up a Google™ account or login
into your Google™ account.
Synchronize with your Google™ account
1.
Tap the
menu key
on the home screen.
2.
Select
Settings
>
Account.
3.
Select the Google™ account you want to synchronize with. Tap
on to select
Auto-sync data, d
ata will be synchronized
automatically.
USE A SIM CARD
To synchronize your contacts via a SIM card, you have to make sure
that all your contacts are stored on your SIM card. If this is not the
case you have to transfer them from your old phone to the SIM
card.

Contacts

Tap on the
menu key

Tap on
Import / export
.
4.
Tap on
Import from SIM card
. If two SIM cards are inserted you
will be asked to select SIM 1 or SIM 2 card.
5.
Select
Phone
to safe your contact on the phone. If you already
set up a Google account, select
to safe your contacts in
your Google account.
6.
Select the contacts you want to import or tap on >
All
if you
want to import all.
7.
Confirm with
and confirm with
OK
.

BY USING A SD CARD
To synchronize your contacts by using a SD card you have to create
vCard files and transfer them to the SD card. Please make sure all
contacts are transferred from your old device to your sd card.
1.
Tap on
Contacts

Import / export
.

Tap on
Import from storage
.

Tap on
Phone
to safe your contacts in the phone memory. . If
you already set up a Google account, select
to safe your
contacts in your Google account.
5.
Choose
Internal Storage
and confirm with
OK
.
BY USING BLUETOOTH™
You can send your contacts via Bluetooth™ to your new device.
Please make sure that both devices to have the Bluettooth™
function and visibility enabled. Otherwise a transmission is not
possible.
1.
Tap on
Contacts
.
2.
Tap on the contact you would like to transmit via Bluetooth™.
3.
Tap on the .
4.
Tap on
Share
>
Bluetooth
.
5.
Select the device you would like to transfer the contact to. If
there is no list please tap on
> Refresh.
6.
Accept the incoming file by taping on
Accept
.
7.
The recieved contact information will be displayed as vCard
attachement in the notification panel. Tap on vCard file to edit
and save it.
