10.28 <S1> Write data with Function 1

This corresponds to the Write data command. The execution of the command does 
not take place, however, until after the initiator has been dampened. After that, the 
system attempts to write to a data carrier until this attempt has been successful or the 
command is aborted.

If data has successfully been written to the data carrier, the battery status is returned 
in byte 5 of the data carrier, as a percentage.

As long as this command is active, a status telegram is sent once every 
2 seconds.
