If a command is transferred that does not require any processing (for example the
command "Abort command"), the Control Interface unit responds only with an ac-
knowledgment telegram, which at the same time contains the response, insofar as
there actually is a response.
This telegram is identified by the fact that the command response flag T1
(See page 23) is set to "1". In addition, the flag I1 Command active is set to "0".
T1 = "1" indicates that the command has been received correctly.
I1 = "0" indicates that the Control Interface unit is ready to receive new commands.

If a command is received from the Control Interface unit while processing is still on-
going, it responds with the error message "Command still active". This response is
distinguished from the acknowledgement telegram in case 1 only by the fact that the
status is different than NULL. This means that in this case as well, T1 is set to "1" and
I1 is set to "1".

This command must be repeated by the client after the command that is
being processed has been completed since the Control Interface unit
does not temporarily store the command.
