Parameter, command (byte 0, byte 1, byte 2)
The data to be transferred is sent in byte 0, byte 1 and byte 2.
In individual detail, the following information is included here:
Byte 0
antenna, command coding
Byte 1
command Character 1 identifier
Byte 2
command Character 2 identifier
9.2
Status (byte 3)
Byte 3 contains the status of the command that was executed or the one that is cur-
rently active. In the case of positive status messages, this is error messages reported
by Ident-M System V. For negative status information, they are from the TCP/IP con-
necting circuit.
A NULL status indicates processing with no errors.
If an error has occurred, the status message is not equal to NULL. In addition, the er-
ror text in the data field is transferred as plain text.
The error message is a maximum of 80 characters long.
For the meaning of the error messages, please refer to Section12
9.3
Execution counter (EC4-EC1)
The execution counter indicates processing is completed by the counter being incre-
mented. As soon as the counter has taken on the value 15, overflow takes place and
the counter reverts to a value of 1.
If a piece of status information is available, for example an error mes-
sage, the connecting circuit responds with an error message and
not
with the requested data.
If the data field is smaller than the plain text of the error message, the
error message is cut off. This has no effect on the information within the
status byte.
A command is not processed until immediately after the execution
counter has been incremented.
When the system is restarted, the execution counter is set to NULL.
The execution counter is set to 1 after an MVI reset
