Troubleshooting
• Rotate the wheel manually to graduation speed,
the LEDs are not off and the balancing test is
in progress. Computer cards, position sensors
and cables should be checked. After machine
start, there is no display.
• Check the power indicator light. If the lamp is
off, the power supply will have problems.
Otherwise check power cards, computer and
cables.
• Precision is not normally caused by balances.
It can be caused by incorrect wheel installation,
incorrect counterweight or
incorrect 100 g weight. The original 100 g
weight must be kept properly for self-calibration
only.
• Unstable data and poor repeatability of data are
not normally caused by balances. This can be
caused by incorrect wheel installation or
unstable mounting of the machine. The
machine must be firmly attached to the ground
with bolt.
Maintenance
The daily maintenance of non-professionals
Turn off the power supply before maintenance.
• Check whether the mains cable is connected
reliably.
• Check if the main shaft pressed screw is loose.
• Lock nut can not fix the wheel tension on the
main axle.
• Use a hexagon wrench to tighten the pressed
screw on the main shaft.
Maintenance of professionals
Maintenance of professionals can only be
performed by professionals.
• If the imbalance value of the tested wheel has
obvious defects and does not improve after the
self-calibration, it turns out that the parameter
in the machine has changed, so the user should
ask professionals.
• Replacement and adjustment of pressure
sensors must be done according to the
following methods, and the operation must be
performed by professionals.
The steps are as follows:
1. Loosen No.1, 2,3,4,5 nuts.
2. Remove the sensor and nut.
3. Replace No. 6, 7 sensor device.
4. Install the sensor and nut. Where pay attention
to the direction of the sensor.
5. Tighten the No.1 nut.
6. Tighten the No.2 nut to make the main shaft
and flank of the cabinet, and then Tighten the
No.3 nut afterwards.
7. Tighten the No.4 nut (not too tight) and then
tighten the No.5 nut.
8. Circuit board replacement must be performed
by a professional.
