4. USO
DELL’APPARECCHIO
4.1 Accensione
Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio accertarsi di aver realizzato
tutte le connessioni necessarie al completamento dell’impianto.
Portare l’interruttore di rete [
4
] in posizione “
ON
”.
La spia luminosa “
ON
” [

] confermerà l’accensione dell’apparecchio.
Gli ampli
fi
catori di potenza PMW60-B, PMW120-B e PMW240-B non
dispongono di alcun controllo, pertanto, ogni regolazione di livello
e/o equalizzazione dovrà essere effettuata sul preampli
fi
catore
che li pilota.
4.2 Display
I led [
3
] del pannello frontale, ad esclusione di quello relativo
all’accensione dell’apparecchio [
2
], hanno una doppia funzionalità
a seconda che risulti installata o meno la scheda di controllo. In
condizione standard (scheda di controllo non installata) sono
funzionanti solo i due led con la dicitura “
OVL
” e “
HOT
” e
indicano, rispettivamente, la condizione di sovraccarico e quella
di sovratemperatura. Con la scheda di controllo installata i led
possono fungere da indicatori del livello di uscita o da indicatori
dello stato di funzionamento dell’ampli
fi
catore; riferirsi al manuale
istruzioni della scheda di controllo per indicazioni più dettagliate
riguardanti il funzionamento dei led del display.
4. USING
THE
EQUIPMENT
4.1 Switching on
Before starting up the equipment, make sure that all the
appropriate connections have been made to complete the system.
Position the main power switch [
4
] in the “
ON
” position.
The “
ON
” [
2
] signalling lamp will con
fi
rm that the equipment has
been switched on. The power ampli
fi
ers PMW60-B, PMW120-B
and PMW240-B do not have any control.
For this reason, all level and/or equalisation adjustments will have
to be carried out on the pre-ampli
fi
er that drives them.
4.2 Display
The LED’s [
3
] on the front panel, with the exception of the LED
for displaying the ON/OFF status of the equipment [
2
], have two
different functions, depending on whether the control card is
installed or not. In standard conditions (control card not installed)
only the two LED’s marked “
OVL
” and “
HOT
” work. These indicate
overload and overtemperature conditions respectively. If the
control card is installed, the LED’s can be used as output level
indicators or as indicators of the operational status of the ampli
fi
er.

display refer to the instruction manual of the control card.
