Figure 4.2 shows the homepage as it appears when the Polares 32 system is connected to
the PC via the USB cable and is correctly powered. The table shows the information
relating to the Mpx (multiplexer) associated with the system: in the case of the image,
there are the two internal Mpx 1/A and 1/B, each with 16 electrodes, and no external Mpx.
Battery voltage, battery charge percentage and system temperature information are also
shown. If the power supply battery is not connected to the system or if the emergency
switch that cuts the power supply to the system is activated, these situations will be
highlighted by images and messages on the homepage.
Some system functions such as Mpx testing, electrode testing and measurement execution
are only available if the Polares 32 system is correctly connected and powered.
The main commands listed below can be implemented from the homepage.

Template: allows the display of templates containing the session configuration
parameters, by selecting one via the drop-down menu to the right of the button. Session
configuration parameters can be changed, changes saved to a new template and a
measurement session can be requested from the template.
