Interface language. After changing the language, it is necessary to exit the System
window with the OK button and restart the programme so that the change is applied.
However, the language used within the GPD file is English.
•
Default directory for saving and retrieving GPD files of measurement sessions.
The programme will still allow you to save or read GPD files in and from different
directories.
By pressing the “Preferences” button it is possible to reach the page for the configuration
of further parameters related to the GUI of the Polares 32 system, listed below.
•
Linear measurement unit: the operator can choose whether to display
measurements in metres or in yards. Saving measurements to a GPD file is still done in
metres.
•
Date format: the operator can choose the format in which dates are displayed,
choosing from three proposed formats: “yyyy-MM-dd”, “dd/MM/yyyy” oppure
“MM/dd/yyyy”. Saving dated to a GPD file is still done in the format “yyyy-MM-dd”.
•
Electrode name: the names A, B, M and N or the names C1, C2, P1 and P2 can be
chosen. It only affects the display mode and not the format within the GPD file, where
