ence calibration value. (Some calibrations have a fixed
reference value that cannot be changed (e.g. 100%).

to accept the calibration value. Some cali-
brations require two reference calibration values.
Repeat steps 2-5 to calibrate the sensor with a second
known value.
Xplorer remembers the calibration you last set for a spe-
cific type of sensor. If you unplug a sensor and plug in a
different sensor of the same type, perform the calibration
again. For instructions on clearing the sensor memory,
see “Resetting or Clearing Sensor Memory.”
Resetting or Clearing Sensor Memory
Xplorer remembers the following settings that you make
for specific sensors:
•
Sample mode (sample rate, manual, smart)
•
Sample rate or smart sampling level
•
Displayed measurement and unit
•
Calibration values
Xplorer remembers the settings for a sensor if:
The sensor is plugged in OR you have any logged data sets
saved in Xplorer.
If you have logged data sets saved, you can switch
between sensors and Xplorer remembers the settings. If
