Copying SOPs
1. Select the SOP in the SOP Listing
2. Click Copy from the Task options, or right-click and choose Copy . An exact copy of the SOP
(including all parameters) is created under the user name.
The word Copied and a number are appended to the SOP name to distinguish it from the
original. You can right-click and select Rename if desired.
Deleting SOPs
1. Select the SOP in the SOP Listing.
2. Click Delete from the Task options, or right-click and choose Delete ; a confirmation message
is displayed.
3. Click OK to delete the SOP. You cannot recover a deleted SOP so be sure it is what you want
to do before you click OK .
Renaming SOPs
1. Select the desired SOP in the SOP Listing
2. Click Rename from the Task options, or right-click and choose Rename .
3. Enter the desired name.
Editing SOP Parameters
You cannot edit a parameter condition (measurement, analysis, cell, or diluent) once it has been
added to an SOP in the SOP Listing.
To edit a parameter in an SOP:
1. Select the parameter condition and click Remove from the Task options, or right-click and
select Remove ; a confirmation message is displayed. Click OK .
2. Select the parameter condition in its respective panel and edit as desired, or make a copy of
the condition and edit.
3. Edit the parameter as necessary. After editing, add it to the SOP.
