Initial Sample
Volume (mL) Allows you to specify the approximate amount of
sample. This value is used when adjusting the pH of
the sample during autotitration.
pH Sensor Temp.
Coefficients These values are set at the factory and are probe-
dependent. They should be changed only if probe is
replaced.
Pump duty

(30-100%)
This is the pump speed during sample circulation.
Others Measurement
Ending Buzzer Select Yes to have an audible alarm when the
measurement has ended.
Measurement Type/
Center Detection Select Yes to have center detection performed
automatically.
Molecular Weight
Calculation Unit Select Kda if you wish to have the molecular weight
calculated.
