Specifying Security Settings

A User with Administrator rights is required for changing the security level.

The NanoPlus software allows you to perform measurements at three different User levels:

•

No Security

: allows any user to access the program and perform measurements. No

password is required.

•

Security

: allows specified users to perform measurements. Requires password.

•

21 CFR Part 11

: allows specified users to perform measurements. Requires password.

The procedures in this section are specific to the

Security

option. Refer to



21 CFR Part 11,

Selecting the Security Level

Select the

Security

command, then the

Security Settings

icon; the Security Settings

dialog is displayed.

Does not display if not activated

Select the

Security

option and click
