1-3-3 Cleaning the NG Chip Ejecting Box and Empty Tape Box
(after Operation)
After production, clean NG chip ejecting box and empty tape box.
∗
The empty tape box is attached to the feeder base (optional).
∗
Cast off the waste tape in the empty tape box not only after operation but also during operation,
before it gets full of tape.
1.
Turn off the power.
2.
Empty chips from the NG chip eject-
ing box.
3.
Cut off the tape coming out of the
outlet of empty tape duct.
4.
Cast off the tape or dust in the empty
tape box.
