Changing the Board Transfer Belts and Rollers

It needs to change the board transfer belts and rollers on the board holder and left and right board
conveyors regularly, as the consumptive parts.

Operating procedures

1. Removing the board transfer belt

2. Changing the board transfer rollers

3. Setting the board transfer belt

Change all of the board transfer belts and rollers in the same procedures.

Removing the board transfer belt

∗

Removed belt can be stored as a spare. If it is not stored as a spare, cut with nippers and remove
it.

UNLOCK

• The board holder moves up to the mainte-

nance position.
