Cleaning the nozzle (change)

Clean nozzles with checking. As for the nozzle or nozzle reflector with damage, change them to
new ones. As for the nozzle with a pickup pad, check for the damage on the pickup pad.

Remove the dust in the air pass of
nozzle with an air ejector.

Blow the air from the nozzle tip direction. At
this time, be careful not to touch the nozzle tip
with an air ejector.

Clean the nozzle taper face with a
cloth.

Clean the nozzle tip (nozzle) with a
cloth.

Clean the nozzle reflector with a cloth.

∗

Do not use any solvent because it may cause
discoloration, deformation and peeling of the
glue of the nozzle reflector.
