(mode) key of vacuum
sensor once.

The sensor displays “P-1.” (The setting value
or “P-1” appears in turn.)

. Press either or key of vacuum
sensor, so that the vacuum sensor
displays the following value.

Head A is PA0 –29
Head B is PB0 –29
Head C is PC0 –29
e.g.) As for the head A, press or key, so
that – 280 – 29 = –309 appears when PA0
recorded at the procedure 5. is – 280.

. Press the
MODE
(mode) key of vacuum
sensor once.

The sensor displays “P-2.”

. Press either or key of vacuum
sensor, so that the vacuum sensor
displays the following value.

Head A is PA0 –30
Head B is PB0 –30
Head C is PC0 –30
e.g.) As for the head A, press or key, so
that – 280 – 30 = – 310 appears when PA0
recorded at the procedure 5. is – 280.
