REGULAR

MAINTENANCE

Check Every 140 Hours (Every Week)

Remove the vacuum filter with a pair
of tweezers.

∗

Remove the vacuum filter from each of A, B,
and C of transfer head.

Wash the vacuum filter. Otherwise,
remove the dust with an air ejector.

∗

Carry out the supersonic cleaning. Before
setting to the transfer after cleaning, dry the
vacuum filter completely.

Return the vacuum filter to the former
position with the tweezers.

∗

Be carefull of direction of filter. “Projection” is
located on the operator’s side.

Set the pin to the transfer head.

∗

Tighten the pin with the screw driver.
